We are looking for an experienced debt-recovery professional to join our team as an Account Manager.
As the Account Manager you will be responsible for the management of the EC (Extended Credit) and Lease business portfolio to achieve corporate, regional, national and individual performance standards. As the Account Manager you will be the primary contact and advocate between SOF, SOD and SOT field personnel on all aspects of the credit business including, business development, new product introduction, and the proper implementation of SOT/SOF’s Franchise collect system.
Day to day you’ll be actively looking to resolve customer delinquency problems so as to retain customers and achieve permanent corrective action, report and track net losses/delinquency to SOT sales management/SOF management, answer field and customer questions concerning the credit program and account status.
You will also be educating franchisees on Snap-on’s Franchise Collect Program, provide SOF management with weekly forecasts and determine and negotiate partial and extended payments.
Ideally you will have worked in the financial services sector in a consumer credit capacity. This role would suit someone who has had experience in debtor-direct calling, as well as a proven ability to analyse portfolios and present recommendations to senior management. Ideally you’ll also be looking to further develop your career within financial services, and be open to career development opportunities.
