Job description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a diligent and proactive individual to join our team as a Production & Warehouse Operative.
As a Production & Warehouse Operative, you will be at the heart of our operations, receiving, checking and assembling multiple types of bespoke kitting projects for customers who require our premium “Tool Control” solutions.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, checking, and putting away products, making a record of all transactions.
- Assembling custom kits for customers and maintaining shelf stock.
- Quality checking foam and tooling in pre-production to ensure a successful kit assembly.
- Engraving tools and labelling toolboxes and drawers as per customer requirements.
- SOAK Testing, setting up, and assisting with our Snap-on Automated Tool Control system (full training provided).
- Conducting post-production quality checks and completing all necessary documentation.
- Picking items from stock locations and the project staging area.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a busy warehouse and assembly environment.
- Has a proactive mindset and a strong attention to detail.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and a calm, professional approach.
- Is competent in basic Microsoft Applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Is able to prioritise work, cope with competing deadlines and use their own initiative.
- Holds MHE licenses (this is advantageous, but not essential).
