Sales Developer (SD) - FPT07

We’re hiring a Sales Developer to support and grow sales within our Franchise Performance Team. This role focuses on coaching and developing franchisees to improve sales, product knowledge, and customer engagement. You’ll help drive business performance and ensure consistent delivery across your franchise group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach franchisees on sales and collection skills
  • Support franchisees in meeting sales targets and implementing strategies
  • Run monthly sales meetings and promote Snap-on programmes
  • Support franchisee business reviews with Business Managers
  • Identify underperformance and work with the wider team to support improvement
  • Monitor compliance and escalate where needed
  • Help build a strong team culture
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding efforts

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in franchising @ Snap-on
  • Strong business acumen
  • Good understanding of Snap-on products
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Confident coaching and influencing others
  • Self-motivated and team-focused
  • Experience leading or mentoring others
