Operations Administration Assistant

We are looking to recruit an Operations Administration Assistant to support the Director EU Admin and Ops, Senior Leadership Team and wider operational management structure. This role will focus on providing high level administrative support, coordinating schedules, and supporting the day to day running of the leadership team. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. You will also be required to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion at all times.

Key Responsibilities

You will provide administrative support across the leadership and operational teams, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions to ensure completion. You will support business critical projects through document control, meeting coordination, and maintaining trackers and timelines. The role also includes preparing reports and presentations, supporting data collation, and assisting with general office administration such as supplier coordination and maintaining filing systems.

What we are looking for:

You will have proven experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally with experience supporting senior management or operational teams. You should be confident working independently, able to prioritise effectively, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at pace. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

You will have strong IT skills across Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. Experience supporting projects or change initiatives, as well as coordinating office facilities or suppliers, would be beneficial. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism is critical in this role.
