Franchise Support Specialist (Central)

Job description

As the Franchise Support Specialist (FSS), you will provide support to sales operations. Principally accountable for conducting route surveys. The FSS will also conduct franchise inventories and support the business with ‘terminating’ franchisees. Although this role will be predominantly based in the Central Region (ideally 30 mils from Kettering), additional national travel will be required depending on business needs.

1. Route Surveys (75% of role)

  • Conduct route surveys properly and in accordance with qualitative and quantitative criteria as set forth in the survey guidelines as established by Snap-on
  • Prepare schedule and align surveys with neighbouring Franchisee boundaries

2. Support Franchisee Terminations (15% or role)

  • Attending the head-office e facility as required. Working with the internal management team to ensure that the terminating franchise is terminated efficiently and effectively
  • Franchisee Inventories (10% of working)
  • Conduct Franchisee inventories to maintain accurate accounting records and report results to Franchise Manager with recommendations
  • Advise Franchisee in effective inventory management practices

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge, Skill, Abilities:
  • Willingness to travel on a daily basis
  • Willingness to stay away from home regularly
  • Strong core values, flexible approach

  • Ability to lift 25kgs
  • Attention to detail & analysis skills
